Twin Waters Resorts
Most of the Twin Waters Resort cabins are located right on the edge of the water on Big Saint Germain Lake, which is home to a variety of wildlife. The forests are populated with a collection of deer, squirrels, birds, foxes, and the occasional black bear. All of the bodies of water are dense with turtles, frogs, loons, and fish–including muskellunges! Additionally, the grounds are home to various non-motorized and motorized water vessels with paddles and life vests available for rental, multiple types of outdoor sporting equipment, a public fire-pit with firewood, a sandy beach, and a dock accessing Lost Creek behind the cabins.
Outside of the Resort, the surrounding areas are filled with many natural and man-made attractions that can provide enjoyment for people of all ages and interests during any season. There are hiking, biking, ATVing, and snowmobiling trails all expanding to nearby towns and counties, a plethora of unique stores and places displaying the rich local histories, hundreds of bodies of water to boat and fish in, multiple family friendly activities ranging from miniature golf to horseback riding, and a variety of restaurants, bars, sweets shoppes, breweries, wineries and distilleries to explore. No matter what the weather or season, there are countless adventures to be had while you are visiting Northern Wisconsin for people of all ages, abilities, and interests.
